John is from Tallaght Dublin, and is missing since 17 October 2000. John likes to visit Churches and often visited the Blessed Sacrament Chapel in Bachelors Walk Dublin. On the day after he went missing (Wed 18 Oct 2000), he visited a priest in Aughrim Street Parish at 7 A.M. and then went to mass there at 7.45 A.M. He asked the priest for money. He has not been sighted since. It is possible that he went to London or that he is wandering Ireland. We are asking religious houses and monasteries in particular to be on the lookout for him. As John lived in London on two occasions, it is possible that he is back in London. When last seen he was wearing his blue (on top) and black/navy three quarter length raincoat, dark or beige jeans and runners. He has not touched the seventy pounds in his bank account and he brought no I.D cards with him and had no passport with him. His family are anxiously trying to make contact with him.
