James who is known as Seamus was last seen leaving his home in Cabra on the 3 Feb 1999. Since then there have been a number of sightings of him in and around Dublin including one confirmed visual sighting in front of the Garden of Remembrance. He worked on building sites so it is possible that he is continuing to do this. We ask people involved in the building industry in particular to encourage him to make contact with his father or mother, Garda Station or webmaster of this site. All they want to know is that he is OK. Other areas where there have been sightings include the Phoenix Park, Skerries and Swords.
